Our team is here Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 21:00 (ET), and Saturday and Sunday, 11:00 – 17:00 (ET). Every message gets a reply within 24 hours.
Where do you deliver?
Anywhere in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.

When will my order arrive?
Orders placed before 6:00 PM ET are prepared in 2–3 business days and then spend 4–9 business days in transit, so most arrive within 6–12 business days. Alaska, Hawaii, territories and military addresses can take a few days longer.
We email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Which size should I choose?
All pieces are sized in US sizes. When the maker supplies measurements, you will find a chart in inches behind the Size Chart link beside the size options.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, within 24 hours of placing it. Email us with your order number and we will take care of it.
How do returns work?
You have 30 days from delivery to return unworn pieces with their tags, in the original packaging. There is no restocking fee.
If you simply changed your mind, return shipping is paid by you. If something arrives damaged, defective, wrong or not as described, we pay for the return.
Once approved, refunds go back to your original payment method within 7 business days. Sale items and gift cards are final.
